We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs will be additional costs paid by buyer.
Expedited shipping service is available. Tracking information will be included with order.
We are not responsible for any delays, lost or damaged items due to shipping. We encourage our buyers to purchase shipping insurance for their product.
Roses & Hummingbirds handbags are protected from date of purchase (proof of required) by a 6 month limited warranty. All sales are final.
The limited warranty does not cover damages arising from accidents, misuse, or from any alterations, service or repair performed by another party other than Roses & Hummingbirds. Defective merchandise will not be returned. We will replace with comparable item.
Processing & Handling:
Many of our products are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks to process and shipment of your order.
Register Limited Warranty:
In order to have your leather product covered under the warranty, please contact the store to register your purchase. You will be asked to provide valid sales receipt, complete a Leather Good Warranty form.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. It is the discretion of the craftsman to accept items not returned in original condition.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
We are not able to accept returns for custom or personalized orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective
If item is delivered damaged or defective due to the craftsmanship, please contact the store.
We will replace product hardware (rivets, buckles, loose seams, straps) within 3 months of delivery of product.
Care of Leather:
We recommend to always store your product in a cotton bag or cloth. Its best to spot clean leather when you notice stains. Please follow up with a moisturizer/conditioner after cleaning.
Please note that water stains may occur when the product gets wet, & color may transfer by rubbing. Care should be taken when wearing white or any light colored garments.
Our products are handmade. Color change & markings are natural occurrences in genuine leather. Slight imperfections are organic to handmade craftsmanship.
